Gross Enrolment Ratios in Pre-Primary Education in 2010: Thailand’s enrolment ratio in pre-primary education was 112%, which was higher than Japan’s (87%) and also the world average ratio, which was 50% in 2011.

Thailand Gross Enrolment Ratio in Primary Education YR 2009 was 97%. The ratio of student per population is 96%, which is lower than of East Asia and Pacific (111%) and the world (107%). Nevertheless, Thailand was able to achieve Universal Primary Education goal at the enrolment rate, which is not less than 95%.
